Alan has been a licensed CPA since 1992 and comes to WMDDH with extensive experience in tax and governmental auditing. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. He is a 1989 graduate of Nicholls State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Alan has served as the treasurer of the Patterson Knights of Columbus Council No. 1710 for the past 28 years and also served several years on the finance committee of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson.

Alan is an all-around sports fan and enjoys cheering on the LSU Tigers and the Ragin Cajuns as well as the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. He relaxes by cooking and spending time with his family.
